Pet Supermarket® not only offers our customers an outstanding service but we also offer you unbeatable low prices. And if on the off chance you do find something cheaper elsewhere we will refund you the difference.
Our price match guarantee is calculated on a like for like basis including delivery charges.
Many online retailers offer thousands of products which they do not stock. We aim to provide the right balance between our competitive prices whilst being able to offer you the best service.
We can therefore only provide our guarantee when the item is available to purchase immediately online at another online store (Excluding EBay & Amazon), for same day dispatch - either before you purchase, or within 7 days of your purchase from Pet Supermarket®. Price match excludes Discount coupons provided by Pet Supermarket®, which cannot be used on price match items.
No Quibble Returns!
- Products can be returned up to 7 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- We are unable to accept part used returns of food, Engraved ID tags, and damaged products unless delivered damaged or veterinary medicines.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered.

Delivery on time or your delivery is free!
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period please contact us with your order number and we will carry out a thorough investigation with our courier and endeavour to get your package delivered to you as early as possible. We will also refund any delivery charges paid back to the card used when you placed your order!
This guarantee does not apply if:
- We were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item.
- If you were contacted prior to your order being dispatched to notify you of any potential delays.
- If your order has been Part Shipped.
- Where we notify you on the product page that the product is ordered in and will take 3-6 days to be delivered.
- Where such delays are as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity [or telephone service], and no other Party will have a right to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.
