Choice of Fish
The biOrb was originally launched as a coldwater aquarium for fancy goldfish, however the biOrb 30 is now available as a tropical version, with the addition of the biOrb Heater Pack. The addition of the heater ensures that the water remains at a suitable temperature for tropical fish. Now with the introduction of the Marine Conversion Kit a tropical biOrb can be converted into a complete saltwater marine aquarium suitable for many of the popular varieties of fish. The biOrb offers the ultimate in flexibility.
Maximum Oxygenation
You'll be amazed at how simple and quick the biOrb 30 is to setup. The aquarium comes with everything you need to start keeping a variety of fish, just add water and fish. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home to find you need something else, which is why we include everything you need in the box, even the fish food! Unlike many aquariums the biOrb 30 uses low voltage lights and pumps ensuring complete safety at all times. Even the aquarium itself is constructed using super strong acrylic which won't shatter like glass if accidentally knocked.

Independent studies have shown that the biOrb has higher oxygenation levels than traditional rectangular aquariums. Studies carried out by scientists from Germany and British universities conclusively showed that biOrb aquariums consistently have higher oxygenation levels, in some instances as much as 30% more.

When fish become stressed they exhibit specific behavioral patterns including hiding. Independent research has shown that fish in a biOrb are less likely to exhibit these stress-induced behaviors. Keep freshwater, tropical or saltwater fish in your biOrb 30. The biOrb 30L offers the ultimate flexibility. Out of the box the biOrb 30 is ideal for coldwater fish such as mountain minnows, or fancy goldfish, add a tropical heater pack and start keeping a wide range of colorful tropical fish such as tetra's, barb's or guppies. Alternative add a heater and the Marine Conversion Kit and start keeping wonderful marine creatures such as Clownfish and hermit crabs. The choice is ultimately yours and setting up is as easy as possible.
