I`ve purchased Excel Birch Bark Herbage in bulk again because my guinea pigs go dippy for it - they can`t seem to get enough! As soon as it`s put in the hay rack, they`re both in there and it`s soon gone - they love it! I personally think it`s a great product that`s not too expensive. It`s certaily done wonders for the health of my guinea pigs and also their teeth. Birch, being slightly antiseptic (I looked it up in a herbal book) is very good for their immune systems and any inflammatory conditions. One of my guinea pigs, who used to limp slightly (possibly arthritis) walks much better since eating Birch Bark Herbage and their skin and hair are in superb condition. Highly recommended!
