It arrived from Pet Supermarket in no time at all and was so easy to use - it`s fool proof. It`s a brand name I have used before (I have the water fountain) so I knew what to expect.

My ferrel cat took to this with no training needed (as suggested in the instructions you should try it before you rely on it to be the soul source of food for your puss!).

The quality is solid (even though I don`t particularly like the white plastic) which is more important than looks.
