Nice, quick delivery and kept well informed. Not hard to put up but a bit fiddly. Once up, it is a lovely cage and our hamster seems to love it. 3 good levels with plenty of room at bottom to put toys in. I would defo buy this cage again and from this company.

This cage is horrific. I saw it and thought it would be perfect for my syrian hamster. I was far from right. It was impossible to put together and very hard to clean plus there was nowhere for her to hide thus making her unhappy. The pieces wouldn`t fit together and were very unstable, they kept falling down. Also the tubes are a pain to fit together and kept falling apart. Overall I think this cage is really bad and I would certainly advise you not to buy it. It is a waste of money and time!!
