This cage is amazing, we have it with the extension kit and it makes a very large home for a syrian hamster, easy to clean and easy to put together. Our hamster loves the cosy bed compartment at the top, we did change the wheel as it was a bit small for an adult syrian, but i`d still not mark it down. The hamster loves climbing on the bars. The deep base means less mess. I would point out though many have said their hamsters have escaped by managing to turn the 2 access disks at the top of the cage, our hamster does not take any notice of them, but it`s a good idea to use a little strong tape to prevent them being opened. I love this cage so much our other hamster with be getting one too. It`s not cheap but i feel worth the money, it`s really bright but not overly gaudy at the same time.

I really like this cage. I was really worried that the tubes may be a bit of a tight squeeze for her but she is fine. The only thing I don`t like about the cage is that it didn`t come with a bottle or a bottle holder, this shamefully took me a few hours to realise. Other than this I love the cage and will be getting the expansion kit very soon.
