I have one cat who is very choosy about toys. He absolutely loved this as it can be dragged along the floor, it can swing from side to side as there is alot of springy movement in the wand. Chewy very quickly removed most of the feathers, but that is more to do with how relevant his name is to what he can do to his toys lol.
Kittens fight over this toy and if left on the floor it was regularly dragged to a corner so the other kits could not get it.
I will definately be buying another one of these when needed.

One of my cats is a bit of a Chewer so when he got it , he ripped the feathers out in one evening ! The plastic pole snapped in half after a couple of goes...
