TetraPrima MiniGranules are specifically designed for meeting the natural feeding requirements of small midwater and bottom feeding fish, such as many tetras, barbs, and corydoras catfish.

They consist of a mixture of omnivore and herbivore granules, to meet the differing nutritional needs of mixed community fish. In addition, they are produced using Tetras patented Primex process, to ensure high digestibility and minimal waste.

Many fish have evolved to feed from the middle of the water column, or from the substrate. TetraPrima Mini Granules are designed to sink slowly, allowing these fish to feed naturally.

Many fish, such as barbs, cichlids, angelfish, and discus, prefer to feed from food in the water column, rather than from the surface. TetraPrima provides these fish with all of their nutritional requirements, and is especially good at bringing out the colours in fish such as discus. TetraPrima is also an excellent food for bottom feeding fish, and can be particularly useful where a large number of bottom feeders are kept, and there is intense competition for tablet foods.

How it Works
TetraPrima is manufactured so that it sinks slowly through the water column, allowing midwater fish to feed in their preferred manner.
