Ribbies are made from ethically sourced New Zealand milk-fed Bobby Veal which is an excellent alternative to other origins and veal calf rearing methods. New Zealand welfare standards required for export are very robust and in particular the NZ Animal Welfare Act of 1999 places a strict duty of care on all those involved in the supply chain.
Ribbies have been slowly air-dried using a special process which retains the natural flavour and nutritional value while giving an exceptional shelf-life. The bones are sourced from animals from which only human grade cuts of meat have been made and are free from vaccines and steroids.
Ribbies will help remove plaque and tartar build-up on your dog’s teeth by giving a dental floss like action when chewed. Plus they taste amazing!
Feeding instructions: We recommend feeding 1 or 2 ribs a day per dog. Not suitable for puppies under 6 months, or under 1.5kg in weight. Please supervise your pet whilst feeding any bone item, including Ribbies.
