Below you will find by location a list of services available, our discounted tariff will depend upon the total weight of your order before postage depending upon location. Our standard Royal Mail 4-5 working day courier service starts from only £2.50, other options include a Next Day delivery on orders placed before 1pm should you require your products in a hurry.

Should your order not be within zone 1 (see below) we reserve the right to charge you for the appropriate delivery cost incurred.

Our fantastic range of delivery services are also available to customers abroad in Europe, North America, Asia & Australasia.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses.

Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday will be processed the same day.

PLEASE NOTE - Orders sent via regular airmail are not INSURED and you therefore accept full responsibility should your order not arrive. To send your order with insurance please choose our courier service or our International Signed For as your delivery option for all orders outside of the UK. You will also be liable for any local duty's that may be levied when the goods enter your country if outside of the EU.

Saturday delivery and timed services are not available for delivery of aquariums apart from biOrb and biUbe. These can take between 5-7 working days to deliver.

All orders received after our 1pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday only we do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays. For example place your order after 1pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by us on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

What happens if you are out when the parcel arrives? If you are out when we try to attempt your delivery we will leave you a card notifying you of our attempt and giving you information on how to arrange an re-delivery of your order. They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 7 days whilst you arrange delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel. Delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm unless you specify a timed service.

Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.
