Complaints Procedure~
Here at Viverdi Ltd t/a Pet-Supermarket we want our customers to be delighted with every order placed and we will endeavour to give all our customers the very best service. However in the unlikely event that you feel you have a complaint with regards to any part of the service received please see the following guidelines:
- In the first instance please contact our customer service department in writing either via the post or email, please email sales@pet-supermarket.co.uk and clearly title your email complaint. Please give the full details of your complaint and include your order reference number and if possible any important dates. A customer service representative will get back to you with a response in writing within 1 working days.
- If you are not satisfied with the response received from our customer service department you can escalate your complaint with our customer services manager, Donna Berriman. Please give full details of why you are not happy with the response you have received from our customer services department in writing either by post or via email. Donna’s email address is donna_berriman@viverdi.co.uk : Please attach your original complaint and the response you have received already from our customer service department. Donna will respond to you within 1 working days of your complaint.
- If you are still not satisfied with the response you have received from our customer service manager you can contact our Managing Director Mark Berriman. Please confirm, again in writing either by post or by emailing your complaint to Donna Berriman. Again please confirm why you are not satisfied with previous responses to your complaint and give as much information as possible in order to allow Mark Berriman to make a complete response to your complaint. Mark will endeavour to get back to you within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
I can assure you that every possible effort will be made to resolve your complaints in a timely and fair manner.
