Product details

Arden Grange Partners dog food is a tasty and complete wet mix that’s packed full of nutrients to keep your pet healthy and strong.

What it's for

If your dog has an intolerance to their food, it can make them uncomfortable. Look out for symptoms such as vomiting, lethargy and loose stools, which could be signs of an allergic reaction.

This complete wet food can replace your pet’s regular meals for life, giving them a nutrient-rich dinner that’s less likely to cause irritation after eating. Always check the feeding instructions before switching their food and ask your vet if you have any worries about your pet's behaviour after mealtimes.

Key benefits

  • contains fresh vegetables and meat
  • suitable for pets recovering after an illness or operation
  • delicious flavour
  • formulated for dogs aged nine months and older
  • lower water content than most wet foods
  • free from wheat, beef, soya and dairy
  • easy to digest

How it works

Arden Grange Partners dog food is packed full of high-quality ingredients that are gentle on your pet’s tummy. It’s free from wheat, soya, beef and dairy, which are common causes of allergic reactions in dogs.

This mix also uses rosemary as a natural preservative rather than artificial additives, making it easy to digest. Quality meats such as salmon and chicken are added to give a rich a tasty flavour your dog will love. These also give your pet a big boost of protein so they have energy to play all day long. Fresh veg is included for carbohydrates and to give your dog the vitamins and minerals they need to stay healthy and happy for life.

Feeding The Correct Amount

It is important to remember however that these figures are guidelines only, and there are several factors to be taken into account when assessing your pet's nutritional requirements : -

  1. Activity level
  2. Temperament (stressed animals burn off more calories than relaxed ones)
  3. Metabolism (every animal is an individual with his or her own speed of metabolism; this means that 2 dogs of the same age, breed and weight could have different daily calorie requirements)

In order to provide the correct portions when feeding your dog or cat, it is also helpful to assess your pet's appetite, visual appearance and stools. Whilst poo watching does not sound particularly pleasant, it is one of the best indicators of health. Increased frequency of passing faeces, production of large quantities of stools of loose motions are often frequent signs that an animal is receiving more food than he or she requires.

It is important to obtain an accurate weight for your cat or dog, and also to weigh out the food. Guessing on both accounts gives a large margin of error.

Changing Food Brands

For a successful diet change, we recommend following the feeding pattern below. The daily feeding amount should be split into two equal amounts and the proportions of new food increased over the first week as illustrated.

TOP TIPS: For those dogs who do not make eating a priority, here are some additional points:
- Reduce the number of tit-bits given during the introductory period
- If your dog has been used to eating wet food, moisten with warm water.

  • Arden Grange sensitive
Good product, works very well for my dogs sensitive digestion. One small point though consistency varies from batch to batch from firm to quite soft and watery; firm is much preferred.

  • Excellent food
Fussy poodle will gobble this down. I have a poodle allergic to all poultry, beef, potato, nuts, eggs so it is good to find a food he is okay with. I mix it in with his dry dog food and he loves it. He has also got a sensitive tummy and this is fine for him

  • Great value - staffies love it !
My staffy loves wet food, but lamb and rice is his favourite (at least at the moment !). This canned food comes crammed into the can, no air space in this product. Seems good quality and the dog loves it, his coat is shiny and he's a happy chap - great value.
