  • AUTOMATIC CAR FEEDER
Gave it a trial run, and cat was surprised when the lid opened and she was able to eat her tea. I was going out in a hurry and got everything sorted out, but of no when I came back lucky not very late) only to find that it hadn't work - you've guess what I forgot to do I forgot to put the battery in - oh dear she wasn't happy with me. So I now have a large sign telling me to put the battery in before I put her food. Other than that it is well worth the money.

  • Auto Car Feeder
I had a trail run when I purchased it, and it worked a treat, my cat was quite surprised to be able to get food without having to ask for any, the next time I did it, l was in a hurry to go out, placed the food in both trays, and left but i did one silly thing - you've guessed it!!!! I forgot the most important item - I didn't put the battery in - and when I got home which wasn't late couldn't understand why the tops had not opened, then the penny dropped - what an idiot I was. So the now I have a large note on the feeder "REMEMBER TO PUT THE BATTERY IN" so please remember to place the battery in before you put the food in.

  • It does the job
This really is a handy product. My cat is very nervous with strangers but I can go out for the day and know that my cat will still be fed without the trauma of someone coming into the house and frightening her. The ice pack is handy for warmer days, I know the food will still be fresh, but, it doesn't last longer than a few hours before it defrosts, so don't rely on it for too long. The timer is set at hourly intervals over 48 hours, but for me, 2 meals over 2 days isn't enough, so I would recommend the larger feeder if you're planning on leaving your cat more than a day. Overall, it feels a bit cheap and flimsy, but it does the job and for less than £18, it was a bargain from this site. Also, if you're not using it every day, take the battery out as there's no on/off switch.
