Product details

The Drinkwell Pet Water Fountain is the original fountain with a patented free falling stream, most like the running water that pet's crave. It was designed and patented by a licensed veterinarian, Dr. Mary Burns, to satisfy a pets urge for running water. The fountain filters and aerates continuously moving water, in order to keep it fresher than standing bowl water. It helps maintain proper hydration in pets, an essential ingredient for keeping them healthy.

    It took a little while for my cats to realise what this thing was and did but it's great now they have figured it out no more running taps.

  • Great product
    One of my dogs doesn't like it but then he doesn't like fresh warter my other dog loves it and given the choice of this or a bowl of water will choose this every time

  • Cheap noisy not sure working properly
    This arrived this evening. Prompt delivery as usual. I can't honestly believe this is £30 in the sale. It is cheap nasty plastic and not sturdy! I am not sure it works as it should and reserve judgement to see if I can discern any difference between low flow and high flow. Both are loud and produce lots of / near enough the same amount of water which means neither cat will go near it. So far disappointed. Will follow up.

  • Not bad
    Bought this in march 2014, it died July 2016. It worked as expected. We got this free flowing water fountain as we thought the cats would enjoy it as much as drinking out of the tap. They still preferred the tap! Bit noisy but we got used to it, it was mainly pointed out by guests. Main problem was the motor/electrics could not be detached so full cleaning was difficult, having to keep water away from the underside and plug/cable whilst scrubbing the little nooks & crannies.

  • Excellent
    Have had mine for 2years, my cats love it and it still works perfectly. But you need to give it a proper clean every few months, to keep it working well. Watch YouTube video on cleaning etc
