Up to 85% meat, our treats contain only a few easy-to-recognise ingredients and are packaged in 100% biodegradable matirials. Because simple is better. Treats should not make up more than 10% of your dog's daily diet.

Fussy dog likes!Recently my vet told me that my dog has high cholesterol. Since then I have been searching for lower fat treats he still likes. This is quite good at 10% fat, and best of all, my dog loves them. When I saw the word 'jerky' in the name, I was worried these would be too tough and chewy for my little dog, however the 'juicy' descriptor proved accurate, as the treat disappeared very quickly! I'm hoping I can give these to my dog as a treat for when I have to pop out instead of the treats I'd previously been giving him which were 26% fat. The only downside is that these are very expensive, even when compared to the high quality brand whose treats I would give my dog before. All the same, health is important, so I will try to make the switch to these. I appreciate that on the packaging they have advised owners to be cautious with awarding treats, as I feel that treats (more than his main food) explain why my dog's cholesterol was high. I think seeing this message on the packaging of such a new brand boosts my confidence in the integrity of the company. Not to mention, I adore the colourful yet recyclable packaging! The packet is not resealable, but my advice is to transfer it to an airtight container upon opening. Despite being paper packaging, the treats arrived in it very moist. Overall impressed, even wondering if the 10% fat statistic is too good to be true, especially given how my fast my dog consumed it! I just wish these were cheaper, there really is no need for them to be this expensive when other high quality brands sell similar products for a third of this price.

Top quality treats!It's really key for us that everything we feed our senior and pup is healthy, quality and not full of rubbish - and I'm so pleased that Edgar & Cooper take great care to meet all those requirements. In fact, everything we've tried from them is almost like human food - it doesn't smell bad and isn't oily! So we don't feel too bad if we give our dogs more than one of these treats on occasion ;) Overall the ethical side of the brand and the biodegradable packaging is a huge plus which I wasn't expecting to find. Will definitely continue supporting them for that!
