Product details

The Kokoba adjustable double diner with bowls helps take the strain off your dog's neck and legs during dinner.

What it's for

Bending down to eat from the floor can be a bit uncomfortable, especially for pooches who are big, have joint pain or are getting on a bit. With these bowls you can make life easier for them by raising their food and water to a higher level. Dog breeds like Newfoundlands, dachshunds and old English sheepdogs are more likely than others to develop arthritis, so this bowl's a great option for pain-free mealtimes. It's also useful if your pet's floppy ears often end up in their bowl when they bend to eat or drink - hello basset hound and cocker spaniel owners! It's fully adjustable, so if you buy it for your puppy you can raise it up as they grow.

Key benefits

  • puts less strain on joints and neck muscles
  • stainless steel bowls can be cleaned in the dishwasher
  • helps your pet eat slower, reducing the chance of hiccups.
  • fully adjustable so you can find the perfect height for your pup
  • there are three bowl sizes to choose from - 1.8 litre, 2.8 litre and 4 litre
  • more comfy for older and larger dogs, or pets suffering from arthritis
  • less chance of floppy ears landing in the bowl.

How it works

These bowls are great for your pooch, as they help them keep a good posture while they eat (making it less likely they'll develop joint problems in the future) and also encourages good digestion (it keeps their head above their tummy, so gravity helps their dinner go down). Set up the bowl by measuring the distance between your pet's front paws and shoulder. Their bowls should be about 15 centimetres lower, on the same level as their chest. Give them some food and watch to make sure they're not bending or stretching; adjust until they look really comfortable.
