Royal Canin High Cal stage 2RCs Stage 2 High Calorie which I buy is actually a top up with Royal Canin sensitive diet. My furry companion is over 17 with many problems one is trying to keep her loss of weight at bay and her vet suggested the high calorie along with her other food. She is very fussy but likes the high calorie. I can alway be sure of a prompt delivery from Pet Supermarket, hence the reordering
Fattens them up nicely! The cat was underweight and losing weight so this food was recommended by the vet. It works!
Royal Canin Vet Care Nutrition Senior Consult Stage 2 High CalorieMy cats are now 19 years old, and both of them have been losing weight, not a lot, but enough that we have been noticing, and after exchanging emails with the vet at this site and on their advice, we decided to try our cats on Royal Canin Vet Care Nutrition Senior Consult Stage 2 High Calorie, which helps older cats put on weight, we started off with 400g bag, in case they didn't like it and they loved it so much that we then ordered a 3.5kg bag, it's only been 2 weeks, so far, but they both already look a bit plumper, and when one of them was weighed last week, she hadn't lost any weight, so we'll carry on and see what happens.
My 17 year old cat is doing well for her age, still quite mobile and no bowel problems but she had lost a little weight and her appetite was poor. My vet recommended this product - which consists of small nuggets - and she loves it and is doing well on it.
