Not much powerI brought this to tidy up my cocker spaniels paws and belly and it started out really good, very strong and cutting through the hair perfectly. After about 10mins suddenly it wasn't really clipping at all and was more hacking away at her fur!

Ordered clippers got dog foodMy first and only order from this company was for a set of Whal clippers. What I actually received was a bag of dog mixer! I phoned and explained what had happened and was told that I would receive a full refund including the postage, and that they would reorder the clippers which I should have had the next day. 1 week later I still haven't got the clippers, which were for a friends birthday, and I have not been refunded the postage at all! I will not be using this company again, and I would strongly advise that you don't either! !
