Bed size apparently measured from the outside so the sleeping area is at least two inches smaller. Checked website again and this is not made clear although your staff say it is standard for pet beds. How USELESS is that.

I have just re ordered these beds. The big advantage is that they are very easy to clean as the hairs don't cling to the fabric. They wash very well too. The fabric on the base is not chew proof as my young dog has demonstrated on both of the old beds !
